Hi All I've had a bit of a manic day at work & my ankle is proper swollen. So don't think I'm going to be able to make it across town to practice tonight. Sorry! :-( If you get this message before practice can you discuss whether or not we're going to Rickmansworth folk festival, if you want me to organise a crawl around the town or accompany any scheduled performances and what timings are likely to be. Our plan is to have our boat there - so you can all pop by for tea too. :-) Also sorry for not being in touch about the new plan for crawl organising. I'll drop an email this week to update y'all, but ultimately the idea is that everyone has to take a turn organising a crawl on a rolling basis & ideally on teams of two. So in the meantime can you each think about a couple of locations close to where you live or work that: 1. Are in zones 1 or 2 (or are very easy to get to from Central London) 2. Have enough pubs to facilitate a crawl (ideally 8-10) within walking distance of each other. 3. You would be happy to visit/call to secure dance spots. I'll be in touch soon. Have fun tonight!
