Hi All Hope those of you who went to Ossett had a fab time! I did a very silly thing yesterday. I ate some mushrooms that were on the turn. Mac warned me, but I ploughed in regardless. Yep, you guessed it - I spent half the night throwing up. Lovely! So the combo of sickness, lack of sleep & all over body-aches (cos I also did a 10k yesterday) mean I'm gonna take rain-check on tonight.
