I've attached a note from the organisers, which came with sincere thanks for your great contribution to the above event. And thanks from me too. The residents all paid towards the costs of putting the event on and, as you can see, we raised £475 for St. Christopher's Hospice in Sydenham (the original hospice set up by Dame Cecily Saunders; our local hospice). We didn't accept a performance fee because it was for charity, so arguably we could count some of it towards our charity donation this year. But really the point of it was to have fun, which I hope we did! S x
