dancing, as well as hot food etc.

This is the response I have at the moment. Technically enough for a team but no musician
and not really sure on the numbers. If we're going we want to appear GOOD. So I would
say Katherine this is your call? I know Jo was checking the time and all I could say was
the evening, don't know if you have any more info Laura?

I think we should only do it if Jo or Kate can come (then we can do both
dances with people in their normal positions) and we can find a musician we
know who is willing to run through it with us beforehand (I've started
looking at who might be going that I could ask).
