[Tower Ravens DART] DART meeting 3 minutes

Hi All, Please find the minutes from last night's DART meeting attached, with key action points at the bottom of this email. One key thing to note is that we are not a charity at the moment. If we had everything lined up now I think we could get there in about 6-8 weeks. However, there is not currently a strong argument for why we need this, so Tori is going to pull this together, but she will need info on how much of the grants we need to be a charity for. We also need to understand the implications for fundraising if we are not a charity. Thanks for taking this on Tori!
