Tonight's theme...
We're going to do a version of the game 'Consequences', where we construct
a story by going round the Zoom 'circle', each adding a word or sentence
(or so) at a time, without planning or conferring. The more spontaneous the
better. A typical guide for how a Consequences story goes as follows
(although we might adjust it a little depending how many people we have):
1. Adjective for woman
2. Woman's name
3. Adjective for man
4. Man's name
5. Where they met
6. What they went there for
7. What she wore
8. What he wore
9. What she said to him
10. What he said to her
11. The consequence (a description of what happened after)
12. What the world said
Example (from Wikipedia):
*Mediocre Joe* met *transparent Kim* at *the bowling alley*, to plot the
overthrow of Stalin
Joe wore *a seafoam green leisure suit*. Kim wore *a sandwich board*. Joe
said to Kim, “*During the last storm, we had a little party in the mud*.”
Kim said, “*She wasn’t that into me*.” As a consequence, *the band got back
together*. And the world said “*Somehow, I think I saw this coming.*”

Hi Ravens,
It's the email you've all been waiting for - the theme (and link) for
tomorrow's zoom! And excitingly there's two!
Topic: If you could live in any fictional land, which would it be and why?
Spoiler alert but I'm going to be spending all Sunday deciding between the
Hundred Acre Wood and Moomin Valley.
I also thought it'd be fun if we all dressed up! Interpret this as you want
to; full length sequined ballgown, glam up your PJ's, or put on a fancy
hat, and get your best red carpet poses ready. I know some of you are
working lots so zero pressure and you can put in as much or as little
effort as you like, but my fave outfit will get a prize!
And finally the link - kindly provided my Katherine who has been gifted an
unlimited meeting by Zoom, so fingers crossed it works. If not I'll set up
a last minute meeting tomorrow.

We now have no expenditure for the foreseeable future, so please feel free
to stop paying subs during this time (see other email for more details).
As mentioned in the WhatsApp, if you would like to continue your payments,
but put them towards a DART fund (for whenever we end up going), then
please reply to this email to confirm that.
There is zero pressure to do this at all, this is completely your money and
therefore your decision as we pause subs for the time being.
As always, happy to chat with anyone if they have any questions or concerns

Morning all,
The hall have been in touch and said that we can cancel our payments for
hiring it whilst we're not using it. We hadn't originally in case they were
struggling financially.
So please feel free to cancel your subs payments from now, as we have zero
expenditure at the moment. I'll be in touch about setting them up again
when we're back at practice.

For the topic I thought it might be nice to share something we've enjoyed listening to during lockdown. What's your morning motivational track? Have you rediscovered any gems by clearing out a box of CDs/cassettes/vinyls? Maybe you've discovered a new artist thanks to your copious levels of social media scrolling. Or maybe there's a podcast or audio book that helps you relax before bedtime. If we all share one track/album/artist/book/podcast each then I'll try and make a list, or maybe playlist, which we can all use for inspiration afterwards.

Here's a task for you all at the weekend. We don't currently have any
pictures of 2019 DERT in the g-drive. If you have some, email them to me!
(I don't want to take them off facebook because the compression is bad - I

There are other events for which we lack photos but I'm gonna ask for them
