[Tower Ravens] Ravens AGM

Hi All, Please find the agenda for the AGM on 23rd November attached. We have enough people to be able to hold this, but if you haven't replied yet, please do so we know who else to expect. I'll set up a zoom for it closer to the time (unless the Hannorah zoom is still going then), my current suggestion is that we start the AGM at 8, but have a bit of a catch up before that while we wait for any late comers. If you are unable to make the AGM and have any comments, please send those through to either me or Becky. In terms of the agenda, we've kept it shorter this year, though if there is anything that you feel we should discuss let me know and I'll add it in. In terms of officer reports, again I've suggested we only do three of these, but if an officer would like to give a report or you would like an update from one of the roles, again let me know. The one thing I would like you all to consider is our proposal that officers remain in place if they are willing to do so, until such time as we are able to practice again. However, if you are an officer and would like to step down, please feel free to - and we will elect someone to take over. I've also attached the minutes from last year's AGM, if you could read through those before 23rd as well, that will make the ratifying of the minutes a little smoother! The action points are below - though not expecting us to have made progress on a number of these given the fact that we only had 3 or 4 months of normal stuff after the last one!
