Hi all,
Very quick email from me:
1. Puzzle Competition - unless there's a huge outpouring of keenness, I'll
be turning this down this week.
2. Summer Festivals - keep signing up! Even a "I can do a) or b) but not
both" helps.
3. Contact Details - I've been trying to pull together a list of contact
details so that we have everyone's in one place. If you can fill it in,
I'd be grateful:

Can we please move the contact details and new sign up sheet to the Raven's
google drive, not individual's drives - so that they can be controlled by
the admin in the future.
Also - I think the contact details list should be under password or
restricted to the team members only. It can be a low-security 'TowerRavens'
password - but I don't like the idea of it being just a link that anyone
can open.

Hiya,
if you know how to move them, I'm happy to do so. The Google drive should
have all privileges that everybody else has anyway.
Good thought about the password protecting. I don't know how to put a
password on a Google doc, but what I can do is invite everybody explicitly
and disable the link. If you know how to do passwords, let me know. I've
had a quick look but can't figure it out.

Rachel - I can't do it, as you're the current owner. If you could put the
tower ravens account as the owner, that would be great.
I think, in retrospect, that you can't password it. Though it's a hassle -
but I think we should have specific permissions on the contact info sheet.

Hi all,
Following a quick chat with Lindsey, you should find that the link in the
original email doesn't work, but that you should have been sent an email
with a log in. This is just to keep everything that bit more secure. Let
one of us know if you haven't had an email and we'll get one issued.
